Facial acupuncture and rejuvenation

A natural, gentle way to support your skin and feel a little more like yourself.

Facial acupuncture uses very fine needles to encourage circulation and a healthy glow, while the rest of your body gets to relax too.

What to expect

Most people find facial acupuncture calming. Some notice mild redness or minor bruising at a few points, which usually fades quickly. Many describe feeling light and less stressed afterward.

How many sessions?

For lasting results, a series of 10 to 12 sessions is usually recommended, followed by care every 3 to 6 months to maintain it.

When facial acupuncture is not the right fit

To keep you safe, we do not recommend facial acupuncture if you:

  • Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Have had recent facial surgery
  • Are pregnant, breastfeeding, or actively trying to conceive
  • Have a cold or the flu
  • Are in the middle of an allergic reaction

Often we can help with what is going on first, then look at facial acupuncture later. If you have had Botox, fillers, or microdermabrasion, we usually suggest waiting 3 months.

“Thank you so much for the amazing treatment. I slept so solid afterwards.”
