Helping people feel more at home in their bodies through acupuncture and NAET allergy elimination.

People come to me for many reasons
My approach is gentle, individualized, and rooted in listening. These are the concerns I see most often.
A little about how I work
I have always been curious about the human body, and about the many ways our physical, emotional, and energetic experiences are connected. That curiosity led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and NAET allergy elimination.
As a licensed acupuncturist and NAET-certified practitioner, I bring together Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and NAET allergy elimination according to the needs of each individual. Neuromuscular response testing may also be used as part of an individualized NAET session to help explore how the body is responding to particular substances, patterns, or triggers.
I do not believe there is one treatment that is right for everyone. I believe in listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and allowing the care to unfold from there.
The goal is not simply to quiet a symptom for a moment. It is to help the body move toward greater balance, resilience, and ease.
“I now feel hopeful in my ability to heal some deep wounds. Working with Darcie has helped me feel calmer and encouraged.”
Why NAET became such an important part of my work
NAET has become a particularly meaningful part of my practice because it offers a different way to explore allergies and sensitivities. Many people spend years avoiding foods, environmental triggers, or other things they believe their bodies simply cannot tolerate. Sometimes that avoidance is necessary and appropriate.
But sometimes people wonder:
“Is there another possibility?”
That question is one of the reasons I love this work. Through the NAET approach, we explore the body’s response to specific substances and use individualized treatments intended to help create a new response pattern. Every person responds differently. Some notice changes quickly, while others benefit from a longer course of care. Learn how NAET works.

I believe good practitioners never stop learning. I continue to study because every patient teaches me something, and because I want to keep expanding the ways I can thoughtfully support the people who trust me with their care.

The person behind the practitioner
Outside of the treatment room, I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy practicing Qigong and yoga and continuing my own exploration of Ho’oponopono, a Hawaiian practice centered around reconciliation, forgiveness, and returning to peace. It has had a meaningful influence on the way I understand healing and human connection.
It reminds me that sometimes the most important thing we can offer another person is simply our presence. A place where they do not have to perform. A place where they can be honest about how they feel. A place where they feel heard. That is the kind of environment I hope to create at All Is Well Austin.
My path to becoming a practitioner has been shaped by curiosity, continual learning, and a deep appreciation for people. Read my story in Voyage Austin.
You do not have to know exactly what you need.
