A woman came into the clinic in a lot of stomach pain. She described it like knots.
She was not sure what was causing it, so we did some muscle response testing to look at what her body might be reacting to.
What came up surprised her. It did not appear to be anything she had eaten.
What her body pointed toward
What kept coming up was stress. Specifically, a long running worry about whether she was doing life well enough.
That may sound unusual. In my experience it is not. Stress and worry we carry for a long time can show up in the body in physical ways, and it is worth paying attention to.
I want to be clear that this is not a substitute for a medical workup. Pain that keeps returning deserves a proper look from your doctor, and this work sits alongside that care rather than replacing it.
What happened next
We did a NAET treatment focused on that emotional pattern rather than on a food. See focus, stress and nervous system support.
She told me afterward that the pain had eased a great deal. That is her experience, and results vary from person to person.
One more thing
Something else stayed with me that day, and I want to pass it along.
You are doing a good job. Life is not always easy, and you are very likely doing better than you think.
If you are carrying pain or stress without a clear explanation, I would be honored to support you. See chronic pain relief.
With love and appreciation,
Darcie
