Why summer is the best time to prepare for cedar season

A couple riding bicycles side by side along a shaded woodland trail in summer.

The other day I was watching my son prepare for football season. The first game is not until the fall, yet practices have already begun. Conditioning. Training. Building strength.

Why? Because the real progress does not happen on game day. It happens in the preparation beforehand.

It got me thinking about allergy season here in Austin.

Preparing before the season

Many people wait until cedar, ragweed, pollen, or mold season is already in full swing before looking for support. By then they are dealing with nasal congestion, itchy or watery eyes, a sore throat, fatigue, brain fog, and a hard time enjoying the outdoors.

But the best time to prepare is before the challenge arrives. That is one reason I love summer for allergy elimination work.

While symptoms are not at their peak, it is a chance to help the body build a healthier relationship with environmental triggers before the season begins. Learn how NAET works.

What’s possible

I have seen patients experience beautiful changes after NAET for sensitivities to cedar, mold, grasses, ragweed, dust, foods, and other environmental factors.

One patient recently shared that she could enjoy walks outdoors again, without the congestion, itchy eyes, and fatigue she used to feel.

That is the goal. Not simply managing a season, but having the freedom to enjoy life. If you would like to get started this summer, I would be honored to support you. See cedar and seasonal allergy relief.

With love and appreciation,
Darcie
