The other day I was stuck in traffic. You know the kind. That long line where nobody is moving.
I crawled along while the lane right next to me sat wide open, everyone cruising past.
And then it hit me. What am I doing here? Why stay stuck when I could simply switch lanes and start moving again?
The slow lane in the clinic
I think about that a lot when it comes to the work we get to do in clinic. So many people come to me feeling like they have been in the slow lane for far too long.
They have been living with allergies and food intolerances. Congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes, and fatigue. Digestive upset or brain fog. Years of medications, careful avoidance, or allergy shots.
It is not that those things do not help. Often they do, and they work alongside the care you already receive. But the progress can feel like that slow lane. Slow, tiring, and without much clarity about what is actually setting the symptoms off.
A different lane
That is where NAET feels different to me. It is gentle, drug free, and non-invasive, and the work goes toward helping the body build a calmer relationship with the things it reacts to. Learn how NAET works.
Patients often tell me they can breathe a little easier, eat with less worry, and move through the day with more energy. Every person is different, and results vary.
If you have been in that lane a long time, maybe it is worth looking at what else is available to you. See cedar and seasonal allergy relief.
Warmly,
Darcie
