The other day I spoke at a holistic health fair. I got to share a little of my own healing story, and some of what I have seen in others through NAET and acupuncture.
Afterward, person after person came up to me and said some version of the same thing. I had no idea you could work on allergies at all.
That stopped me. What feels like everyday knowledge to me is not common knowledge out in the world.
There is a gap in what we hear
Most of us are taught to manage allergies. Take something, avoid something, wait for the season to pass, start again next year.
Fewer of us are told that the reaction itself is something we can gently work with. That is what NAET sets out to do. Learn how NAET works.
Even cedar
So yes, even if you live in Austin and cedar season flattens you every single year, this is something worth asking about.
Patients have told me they got back to things they had quietly given up. An outdoor wedding. A barbecue in the yard. A jog around Lady Bird Lake in January. Every person is different, and results vary. I would never promise a particular outcome.
But I would love for more people to know the question is worth asking. If you would like to understand what cedar season is doing in your body, I would be honored to talk it through. See cedar and seasonal allergy relief.
With love and appreciation,
Darcie
